During the Civil War the Battle of Gettysburg was a major turning point for the entire nation. Today, the National Park Service has preserved the park. Located in the park are over 13,000 monuments, marker and statues. The battle was fought July 1 - July 3, 1863.

Situated on 100-acres of land, this farm started in 1971. Located on the farm are many friendly miniature horses. The horses interact with visitors and will participate for photos. In total, there are almost 80 Fallabella Miniature Horses, which is the largest herd in North America.
